Welcome to ABG Sundal Collier. We provide investment banking, stock broking and corporate advisory services that encompass the needs of both international investors, and Nordic business clients.

ABG Sundal Collier ASA is listed on Oslo Børs and is organized into three operating divisions, Markets, Research and Investment Banking, plus a central support services team and a risk management function. We are currently more than 270 partners and employees working from offices in Oslo, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Copenhagen, London, Frankfurt and New York

The partnership includes approximately [170] of the company's staff as partner-shareholders. This group controls approximately [45]% of the company's fully diluted equity and is committed by a partnership agreement that restricts the manner and circumstances in which shares can be disposed. We believe that this structure helps to ensure that key members of the ABGSC team have an important economic stake in the success of the entire enterprise.

Our Nordic platform was established in 2001 through the merger of ABG Securities and Sundal Collier & Co. With a dual strength in investment research and corporate advisory work in the Nordic region, we have quickly established ourselves as an important force in the Nordic investment banking sector.
